With storms violently bursting over London, cadets and staff from Squadrons in london Wing took to Epping Forest for the Annual Inter-Squadron Cross Country competition.

The storms didn't put off the select few from the Squadron that ran the course.

For some years now, the Squadron has achieved many medals from sporting events and has seen the likes of many work their way up to representing the Nation.

Cadet Ibrahim Lallmamode came 3rd in his Catagory which contained nearly 100 runners. Cadet Kosta Tkachenko soon followed and came 9th in the same catagory! Both have been selected to represent London Wing at the Inter-Wing Cross Country competition. All remaining cadets done extremely well, considering the shear force of the weather.

"I am very proud to see the cadets from the Squadron put their best into the competition, no matter where they came in the overall table of results. The fact that they got up early on a Sunday morning and ran a few miles for their Squadron says it all!" as said by Sergeant Chris Booty.
